As long as you need — a day, a week, a whole month. No minimum contract, no lock-in. You pay only for the time you have the unit.
How fast is delivery?
In Lisbon and Greater Lisbon we usually deliver same-day, or next-day during peak heatwaves. Confirm availability on WhatsApp before booking.
How powerful is the AC?
The available unit is a portable Equation COOL9K2 air conditioner with 9000 BTU, recommended for rooms up to ~18m². It works best in bedrooms, studios, offices and small living rooms. In larger rooms, with strong sun exposure or weak insulation, performance may be more limited — talk to us before booking.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. There is a refundable deposit of €100. It is returned after pickup, provided the AC and all accessories (unit, hose, remote, window kit/adapter and cable) are returned complete and in good condition.
Is it silent?
It makes the normal noise of a portable air conditioner — up to 65 dB at the highest setting. It is not a silent wall split. It is a portable, temporary solution to beat the heat; many customers run it on the lowest setting at night.

Yes. We rent out multiple units at the same time — ideal for larger homes, offices, shops or short-let hosts with several properties. For 2 or more units, message us on WhatsApp and we'll quote a combined price.
Do you issue invoices for companies or short-term rentals (AL)?
Yes, we issue invoices with a VAT/NIF number. For Alojamento Local hosts and companies the rental is a business expense — just send us your billing details on WhatsApp when booking.
Does delivery cost extra?
Delivery, setup and pickup carry one flat €25 fee per rental in Lisbon city — it covers the trip, installation with the window kit and pickup at the end. In outer Greater Lisbon areas a 10–20 euro surcharge may apply, always confirmed on WhatsApp before you book — no surprises. In the historic centre the walking-delivery conditions above apply.
Do I need a special window kit for a Lisbon apartment?
Usually yes — the kit included in most portable AC boxes is made for American sliding windows, which Lisbon apartments rarely have.
