A simple, transparent deposit

We ask for a refundable deposit of €100. The amount is returned after collection, provided the equipment is returned complete and in good condition: AC unit, hose, remote, window kit/adapter and cable.

Delivery, setup and pickup: one flat €25 fee per rental in Lisbon city — covers the trip, installation with the window kit and pickup at the end. Outer areas may carry a 10–20 euro surcharge, confirmed on WhatsApp before you book. Prices subject to availability and rental duration.
