How monthly rental works

1. Book: WhatsApp or form. Tell us the start month and the expected duration.
2. Delivery: scheduled for the day you choose. Usually near the start of the month.
3. Payment: monthly in advance by MB WAY, bank transfer or Multibanco.
4. Renewal: automatic if you want to extend. No lock-in — you can cancel with 7 days' notice.
5. Collection: free, on the agreed date.

• 3–4+ weeks: monthly rental (€450)

Multiple months

For 2–4 consecutive months (typical for seasonal Airbnb), we apply an additional discount:
